Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, applying for membership, or attending any Unwrapture event, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Party Protocols, and our Membership Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use this site or attend our events.

2. Eligibility

Unwrapture is restricted to verified adults aged 21 and older. By applying, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information provided during application and verification is accurate.

3. Application, Verification, and Membership

Access to event details, ticketing, and community spaces is granted only after a completed application and identity verification process. Unwrapture reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke membership at its sole discretion, with or without stated cause.

Identity verification is performed by a third-party verification service. Unwrapture does not directly store government ID images or documents submitted during this process.

4. Ticketing and Payments

Tickets for Unwrapture events are sold through third-party platforms linked from this site. Unwrapture is not the merchant of record for ticket sales processed through external platforms, and payment disputes should first be directed to the platform through which the purchase was made.

  • All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated for a specific event.
  • Deposits, where applicable, are non-refundable.
  • Unwrapture reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event, in which case affected guests will be notified and offered a resolution at Unwrapture's discretion (such as a refund, credit, or transfer).

5. Code of Conduct

All attendees agree to abide by Unwrapture's Party Protocols at every event. Violations may result in removal from an event without refund, suspension, or permanent revocation of membership, at Unwrapture's sole discretion.

6. STI Testing Requirement

All attendees are required to obtain STI testing within two weeks prior to attending any Unwrapture event. This requirement applies to every guest, regardless of relationship status, role, or prior attendance history. Unwrapture does not collect or store test results; this is a self-attested community health standard that every member agrees to uphold as a condition of attendance.

For convenience, the Atlanta metro area offers several clinics providing free STI testing regardless of gender, insurance status, or income. Hours and services can change, so confirm directly with the clinic before visiting.

Unwrapture, its organizers, hosts, and venue partners are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from your voluntary participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Unwrapture is committed to protecting the privacy of its members. Application details, verification status, and attendance records are not shared publicly. Photography or recording of other guests without explicit individual consent is prohibited under our Party Protocols.
